FRIED GOURAMI FISH

If you like freshwater fish, for fried fish, this is one recipe to fried a kind of freshwater fish, guorami. You can try to make it yourself.


INGREDIENTS :
One medium size gourami, cleaned and then split into two parts
2 pieces of orange juice, water taken
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cm ginger, crushed

1 cm turmeric, crushed
4 grams pepper

HOW TO COOK:
1. Put all ingredients into the water and stir well.
